Education is essential because it can guide living a fortunate life. However, it might not be everyone's cup of tea. For example, many think college is a scam and a waste of time and money; others believe it is their only option. Luckily, we live in a society where college is unnecessary. Jobs such as plumber, electrician, and welder are some of the high-paying jobs without needing a degree. However, a proper education is required even before college. Education is meant to help us solve our problems as adults. Everyone needs an appropriate education because that will allow us to exceed our full potential. Personally, my goal was always to attend college. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to major in, but I always knew I had to participate in college and be the first in my family to graduate. Although I attend school to make my parents proud, I also do it for myself and get a better future.As for the controversial statements, I agree with the one that states Multiculturalism is necessary and should be a top priority when designing a curriculum. Multiculturalism is essential to implement in every class. Implementing this allows a comfortable environment for kids and other adults. It will enable their knowledge of other cultures to grow and understand things from different points of view. In middle school, we used to have a day called all around the world. All the students would have to report on their background, and we would be able to bring food or an item that would represent the background. I looked forward to learning and eating something new every school year. It was a unique way to incorporate culture into the school year. 

I found the attached video very interesting because it highlights multiculturalism's negative effect on the classroom. It compares good and bad and ultimately states that it depends on how it is taught.
